Just a quick post on an article that I found today. Fox News did a quick segment in January 2012 about Human Trafficking in the U.S. as well as publish a story. I’m glad to see that a national news outlet is recognizing the story and sharing these eye-opening statistics about trafficking in the States.
“More than 50 percent of the nation’s states do not have laws providing adequate protection to child victims of domestic minor sex trafficking. In fact, West Virginia, Maine, Wyoming and Virginia do not have clear human trafficking laws, period.”- Elizabeth Prann, Fox News
I encourage you guys to watch it as we team up together with IJM to end modern-day slavery!
